Bernardine Smithers

Smithers, Bernardine (Burnell Court, Northern Cross), died peacefully after a bravely fought battle with cancer on April 17th, 2025. Beloved daughter of the late Geoffrey and Jacqueline. Deeply missed by her only son Austin and her beloved grandson Alex, Austin’s partner Ali, her siblings Yvonne, Ted, Michael, Barbara and Catherine, their partners Duncan, Paul and Ross, nieces Shauna, Emma and Anna, their dad James, her aunt Adrienne, Alex’s mother Jemma, her work family at Crannog Nua, cousins and friends.

May she Rest in Peace

Reposing at her sister Barbara’s home (Clarehall, Dublin 13.) from 2pm to 7pm on Monday, April 21st. Removal on Tuesday morning, April 22nd, to St. Agatha’s Church, North William Street, for Requiem Mass at 11am, followed by Funeral to Dardistown Crematorium.
