BERNIE AHERN
BERNIE AHERN (Bronx, New York, formerly of Cloyne, Co. Cork).
On the 12th of September 2025. Bernie peacefully passed away in the care of St. Barnabas Hospital, New York.
Loving husband of the late Kathleen, much loved father of Theresa and the late Mary Claire, brother of the late Brian.
Deeply missed by his loving family, sister Kitty, brothers Jimmy and Joe, his in-laws in New York the Gannon family, relatives, neighbours at home and abroad and friends throughout the years.
May Bernie Rest In Peace.
Visitation at the Clair S. Bartholomew & Son Funeral Home, 302 S. Bedford Avenue, New York on Tuesday 16th from 2pm - 4pm.
Requiem Mass on Wednesday 17th at 10am in St. Barnabas Roman Catholic Church, S. Bedford Avenue, New York followed by burial in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Hawthorne, New York.
