(née Dowling)
Bernie (Bernadette) Rowe née Dowling of Kilcoole and formerly O'Byrne Road Bray who passed away on Tuesday 6th January 2026 peacefully in the company of her family at the Wicklow Hospice. Predeceased by her parents Noel and Sadie and nephew Cian.
Loving wife of Stephen; much loved and loving mother of Leah and Stephanie and adored Nana of Lucas, Kyla and Ollie.
Sadly missed by her family, siblings Noelle, Damo, Lizzie, Ste, Gina and Denise, sons-in-law Jimmy and Dylan and by her best friend Josephine Whyte, extended family and friends
May she rest in peace.
Bernie will repose at the William Doyle Funeral Home Kilcoole from 6pm until 8pm on Thursday 8th January. Removal on Saturday 10th January to St Anthony’s Church, Kilcoole to arrive for 12.30pm funeral Mass after which Bernie will be laid to rest in Kilquade New Cemetery.
The family would like to thank the Wicklow Hospice and St Vincent’s University Hospital, Oncology Dept for the excellent care Bernie received from them.
