The death has occurred of Bernie Forde, Reisk, Knock, Co. Mayo- suddenly at her home. Predeceased by her parents John & Kathleen, brothers Joseph & Seamus. Deeply regretted by her brothers Andrew & Columba, sisters Elaine & Dolores, nieces, nephews, cousins, neighbours, relatives and friends.

Reposing at Donnellan's Funeral Home, Clare S.t, Ballyhaunis on Sunday evening from 4pm with removal at 6pm to Bekan Church. Funeral Mass on Monday at 11.30am with burial afterwards in the local cemetery. Funeral Mass can be viewed live on http://churchtv.ie/bekan. Family flowers only by request.
