Peacefully on Thursday 29th Jan 2026 in the exceptional and loving care of the staff at Cuan Chaitriona Nursing Home, Castlebar.
Bernie will be sadly missed and remembered forever with love by all his family, his wife Nan, son Bernard, daughters Marion and Ann, his daughter-in-law Bernie, sons-in-law Noel and Sean, his adored grandchildren Oisín, Ferdia, Cian, Neasán, Sean, Ciara, Dearbhla, Ruairí, Saoirse, Darragh, great-granddaughter Ríona, nieces, nephews, neighbours and many friends.
May his gentle soul rest in peace
Reposing at his home in Fr. Angelus Park, Westport on Sunday 1st Feb 2026 from 4pm-6pm.
Funeral arriving to St. Mary’s Church, Westport on Monday 2nd Feb at 10:30am for Funeral Mass at 11am with burial immediately afterwards in Aughavale Cemetery.
