Predeceased by her parents Philo and Jim.

Bernie passed away suddenly in the excellent care of the University Hospital Waterford.

Deeply regretted by her loving partner Seán, much loved sister of Mary, Noel, Phyllis, Seámus, Thomas and Finian. Sadly missed by her brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, former colleagues of St. James's Hospital, extended family, relatives, neighbours and friends.

May her Gentle Soul Rest in Peace.

A Celebration of Life Funeral Mass will take place in Moynalvey Catholic Church (of the Nativity) Summerhill, Co. Meath on Friday at 1 pm.
