The death has occurred of Betty Greer (née Weir). Castleblayney Road, Carrickmacross. 16th February 2026. Peacefully, surrounded by her cherished family, at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda.
Predeceased by her husband Robert, her parents Thomas & Eliza and her brothers Tommy & Bill.
Sadly missed and remembered with love by her cherished family; her son David and her daughter Hilary, her daughter-in-law Martina and Hilary's partner Thomas, her much-loved grandchildren Robert & Áine, her extended family, friends & neighbours.

Betty will repose at Lonergan Funeral Directors Funeral Home, Carrickmacross, A81 D328, on Wednesday, 18th February, from 5pm until 7pm.
Betty's funeral cortège will leave the Funeral Home on Thursday, 19th February, proceeding on foot to St. Finbarr's Church, Carrickmacross, arriving for Funeral Service at 2pm followed by burial in God's Acre Graveyard, Dundalk Road, Carrickmacross.
No flowers please, donations in lieu, if desired, to a charity of your choice.
