Betty Griffin née McGillicuddy, Cooleanig, Beaufort and formerly of Shanacashel, Glencar.

 

Betty passed away peacefully, on March 6th 2026, surrounded by her loving family in the exceptional care of The Palliative Care Team of University Hospital Kerry.

 

Missed by her heartbroken family; her son Tom and wife Deirdre and her beloved grandchildren Sean and Emma, her daughter Kathleen and partner Paudie, her son James and partner Sviatlana.

 

As was Betty's wish a private funeral and cremation has taken place.

 

Donations if desired in Betty's memory to The Kerry Hospice Foundation (Palliative Care).
