O’Leary (née Donnelly), Emoclew Road, Arklow, Co. Wicklow and formerly of Swords, Co. Dublin 17th April 2026, peacefully, in the loving care of the staff at Oakfield Nursing Home, Courtown. Betty, loving wife of the late John, dearly loved mother of Seán, Siobhán and the late Fiona, beloved sister of Harry, Pat, Cepta, Breda and the late Veronica. She will be sadly missed by her loving son, daughter, grandchildren Shane(Therese), Daragh(Róisín), Colleen(Rob), Brian, Calum, Brendan and Conor, great grandchildren Bonnie and Alfie, brothers, sisters, son-in-law Daniel, daughter-in-law Anita, brothers-in-law Jim and Dermot, sisters-in-law Vera, Eileen and Sr. Kate, nephews, nieces, cousins, relatives, friends and neighbours.

Betty will be reposing at Hudson’s Funeral Home (Y14 PT80) on Monday from 3pm to 7pm, with removal Tuesday morning 9.30am to The Church of Saints Mary & Peter, Arklow for Funeral Mass at 10am, burial will take place afterwards in St. Gabriel’s Cemetery. (walking pace from ‘The Bow of the Boat’)
