Betty O’Sullivan, (née Healy) Ballindrohid, Currans, Farranfore, Co.Kerry, and formerly of The Kerries West, Tralee, peacefully on 20th April 2026 with her loving family by her side , and in the excellent care of the doctors, nurses and staff of the Aghadoe Ward and Pallative Care Team in University Hospital Kerry. Beloved wife of John, and devoted mother to her daughters Aileen, Norma, Judy and her sons Sean, Seamus and Pádraig. The adored grandmother of Sinéad, Kieran, Adam, Laura, Jack, Ella, Clodagh, Will, Alex, James and Niamh. Sadly missed by her sons-in-law Bertie and Guy, daughters-in-law Amanda, Ann-Marie, and Jean and her loving sister Cáit, nephew and nieces, extended family, great neighbours and many friends. Predeceased by her parents, John and Ellen, her sister Nora, brother James, and her granddaughter Olivia.

Reposing at Tangney’s Funeral Home, Castleisland on Tuesday 21st April 2026 from 6pm to 8pm. Removal from her son Seamus’s residence on Wednesday morning at 10.30am, arriving at The Church of St Therese and St Colmcille, Currans for Requiem Mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in Ardcrone Cemetery, Currans. The Mass will livestreamed on Killeentierna Churches Facebook page. Family flowers only please.
