Betty Skinnader
(née McCauley)

The death has occurred of Betty Skinnader (née McCauley), Main Street, Emyvale, Co. Monaghan and formerly of Tullyvin, Co. Cavan, Wednesday, 30th September, peacefully, in the wonderful care of the staff of Drumbear Lodge Nursing Home, Monaghan. Predeceased by her late husband Jimmy and her brother Eddie.

Deeply regretted by her sisters, Kathleen Quinn, Breda McCaul & Doreen Cullen, her brother Jimmy & partner Julie, sister in law Mollie Holland, brother in law Andy, nephews, nieces, grandnieces & grandnephews. Betty will be sadly missed by her wonderful neighbours in Emyvale & Tullyvin, her nursing colleagues and a large circle of good friends.

Betty's remains will repose at McMahons Funeral Home, Emyvale, from 6pm - 8pm Thursday, 1st October. HSE Guidelines must be adhered to & social distancing must be maintained at all times. Betty's funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday morning at 11am at St. Patrick's Church, Corracrin. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery. Family flowers only, please, donations, if desired, to Alzheimer's Society of Ireland c/o any family member or Peter McMahon, McMahon's Funeral Home, Emyvale.
