O’Connell (Ballyhooly), peacefully on March 18th 2022 in his 90th year, surrounded by his loving family & in the exceptional care of the doctors, nurses & staff of Cork University Hospital. Bill, The Nagles, Ballyhooly, beloved husband & best friend of Breda (née Enright) & dearly devoted father of Paul, Liam, Eleanor, Anne & Fergal. Sadly missed & lovingly remembered by his wife, sons & daughters, sister Kitty, sons-in-law Rob & Aaron, daughters-in-law Ann Marie, Sandra & Aoife, grandchildren Katie, Lucy, Will, Ailbhe, Sarah, Aoibheann, Niamh, Conor, Liam & Darragh, brother-in-law Jim & sisters-in-law Claire & Bernie, nephews,
 nieces, relatives, kind neighbours & many many friends. Predeceased by his beloved brothers Sean, Tony & recently deceased Seamus, sisters Mary, Eish, Lottie & infant Margaret.

Reposing at his home, The Nagles, Ballyhooly, P51 T6N4, on Monday March 21st 2022 from 5pm to 8pm. Bill’s funeral cortège will leave his home on Tuesday March 22nd at 1.30pm via main Street Ballyhooly & the GAA Pitch to the Church of the Nativity of Our Lord, Ballyhooly for 2pm Requiem Mass. Burial afterwards in the adjoining new cemetery.
