Bill passed away peacefully on December 21st, 2025, in the gentle care of Conna Nursing Home.

 

Beloved husband of the late Anne and much-loved father of Tim, Teresa and Anne-Marie. A devoted and cherished grandfather to Jake, Liana, Dominic, Ben and Luke and a proud great-grandfather of Quinlan, Tessa and Isla. Brother of the late Sr. Mary, Bertha, Peggy, Chris, Patricia and infant Bernard.

 

Bill will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his heartbroken family - his son, daughters, son-in- law Ger, daughter-in-law Carmel, Liana’s partner Mark, grandchildren, great-grandchild, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours and his many friends.

Bill will repose at O’Farrell’s Funeral Home, Riverside Way, Midleton, P25 X382 on Monday 22nd December from 5.00pm to 6.30pm.

 

Reception into the Sacred Heart Church, Mogeely, on Tuesday 23rd for 11.30am Funeral Mass, followed by burial in Mogeely New Cemetery.
