Billy Byrne

Byrne Billy, 23rd August 2025, (Kimmage and late of Clogher Road, Crumlin and former Civil Servant); passed unexpectedly, surrounded by his loving family in the wonderful care of the staff of St. Patrick’s Ward, Beaumont Hospital and previously under the kind care of the staff of St. James’s Hospital. Beloved husband of the late Claire, much loved Da of Stephen, Stuart and Claire and adored grandad of Jake, Lara, Noah, Isabella and Emily. Pre-deceased by his siblings Jane, Margaret, Ellen, Nancy, Hughie and Yvonne.

 

Billy will be forever loved and sadly missed by his loving children, grandchildren, daughters-in-law Sharina and Debbie, son-in-law Andre, sisters Bernie and Pauline, brother -in-law Paddy, nieces, nephews, the extended Cousin’s family, neighbours and friends.

 

Billy’s family would like to express a special Thank You to the staff of Aileen Good Life Pharmacy, Sundrive Road, for always looking after Billy.

Reposing at the Brian McElroy Funeral Home, Crumlin Village on Tuesday from 5pm to 7pm. Funeral Mass on Wednesday at 10am in St. Agnes’s Church, Crumlin Village, followed by burial in Bohernabreena Cemetery.
