Billy passed away on the 9th October, 2025, peacefully in the tender care of staff at St. Vincent's Unit, Dungarvan Community Hospital. Predeceased by his parents Declan and Kathleen, brothers Paul and Eoin, brother-in-law Jim Cliffe and sister-in-law Lil Goode.

Billy is deeply mourned and sadly missed by his sister Phil (Clonmel) sister-in-law Mairéad, nephews and nieces Declan, Paraic, Karn, Aileen, Triona, Dei, Reidín, Maria and Declan, grandnephews, grandnieces, extended family and friends.

Billy will be reposing at The Kiely Funeral Home, Dungarvan on Sunday evening, 12th October from 5 p.m with Prayers at 7 p.m. Requiem Mass at 11 a.m. on Monday morning, 13th October in St. Mary's Parish Church, Dungarvan. Interment afterwards in St. Mary's Old Churchyard.
