Billy Newman
Billy Newman (Midleton and late of Blackpool, Cork) passed away on July 18th 2019 in Our Lady of Lourdes Community Hospital, Midleton surrounded by his loving family after a short illness bravely borne. Beloved husband of Geraldine (née Cremins), loving father of Orla and Ciara, adoring grandfather of Hannah and Sam, father in law of Padraig. Sadly missed also by his sister, brothers, brother in law Tony, all his extended family and a wide circle of friends.
Reposing at Hyde’s Funeral Home, Drury’s Avenue, Midleton’s on Sunday 21st July from 3.30pm until prayers at 5pm followed by removal to the Church of the Most Holy Rosary, Midleton. Requiem Mass on Monday at 11.30am followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu to the Parkinson’s Association, Cork Branch.
