Loving husband of Nell and much loved father of Michelle, Sinéad, William, Catherine and Helen. Predeceased by his parents James and Catherine and sisters Julia Mary, Margo and Frances. Billy will be sadly missed by his brothers Jim and Richard, sisters Kathleen, Phil, Stella, Breda and Mary, grandchildren Cormac, Róisín, Padraig, Fionnán and Cillian, sons-in-law Colm, Vincent, Daithí and John, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family, his neighbours and many friends in the Piltown and Kilkenny GAA communities and among hurling fans across the country.

Reposing at Walsh's Funeral Home, New Street, Carrick-on-Suir, Co Tipperary, on Tuesday, 28th November, from 4.00pm to 7.00pm. Requiem Mass in the Church of the Assumption, Piltown (E32 V611), on Wednesday, 29th of November, at 11.00am, followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery. House Private at all times, please. Family flowers only please, donations if desired to the Irish Cancer Society. Those wishing to leave a message of condolence for Billy's family can do so below.
