Billy O'Connor

The death has occurred of Billy O’Connor, Corrygarry Hill, Kingscourt, Co. Cavan, and formerly of Castletown, Co. Meath, who passed away suddenly at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda, on 22nd November 2025.

Predeceased by his parents Pat and Barbara O’Connor and his brother Eddie.

Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his loving wife Mhairi, his children Carlos, Jordan, Jessica and Hana, his brothers and sisters Nigel, Keneth, Damien, Cora, Cheryl and Collette, his granddaughter Jenna, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Kieran Brothers Funeral Home, Hall Street, Kingscourt, A82 R3W2, on Wednesday, 26th November from 4pm to 8pm.

Billy’s funeral cortège will travel on Thursday morning, 27th November, from the funeral home to the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Kingscourt, via Main Street, Kingscourt, to arrive for Funeral Mass at 10am, with burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
