Bob (Robert) Doherty, Dunnamaggin East, Co. Kilkenny.

 

Peacefully, at his home, in his 94th year, surrounded by his loving family on Monday, 8th December, 2025.

 

Pre-deceased by his son John, his parents Denis and Matilda, his brothers Denis, Tom, Jim, Phil and Michael and his sister Kathleen.

 

Deeply regretted and sadly missed by his sorrowing family, his wife Maud, his children Denis, Ann, Bob, Helena and Brendan, son-in-law Pat, daughters-in-law Carol, Mary and Michelle, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, brothers John and Joe, sisters Breda (Monaghan) and Hilda, brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

 

May Bob Rest in Peace.

 

Reposing at Molloy’s Funeral Home, Callan, Co. Kilkenny (Eircode R95 Y443) on Tuesday, 9th December 2025 from 4pm concluding with Rosary and Vigil Prayers at 7pm.

 

Funeral Prayers on Wednesday morning, 10th December at 10am followed by removal to St. Leonard’s Church, Dunnamaggin arriving for Requiem Mass at 11am.

 

Burial afterwards in Kilmoganny Cemetery.
