The death has occurred of
Br. Edmund (Patrick) Farrell O.S.F.
Peacefully in his 91st year, in the loving care of the matron and staff of Flannery’s Nursing Home, Abbeyknockmoy. Predeceased by his father John, mother Kate, brothers Bernie and John. Sadly missed by his sister Bridie McDermott (Tonlagee), sister-in-law Maura (Maureen) Farrell (Ballymacurley), nieces, nephews, relatives, his Franciscan community and a wide circle of friends.
Rest in Peace
Reposing at the Franciscan Brothers’ Residence, Newtown, Mountbellew, on Thursday evening from 6pm to 8pm. Removal on Friday morning to St. Mary’s Parish Church, Mountbellew, for Funeral Mass at 11am, Burial afterwards in the Farrell family plot in Ballintubber Cemetery, Co. Roscommon.
