Breda Collins
(née Murphy)
Collins (Kanturk). On December 18th 2025, peacefully at Cork University Hospital, surrounded by her family, Breda (née Murphy), Gurteenbaha, beloved wife of the late Paddy and dear mother of Tim, James, Sara (Nora) and Mary Fionnuala, sister of Nono (Fitzgerald), Joan (Hourigan) and Dan Francis. Deeply missed by her loving family, sisters-in-law, daughters-in-law Carmel and Imelda, grandchildren Denise, Clara, Patrick, Sadhbh, Darragh, Rowan, Molly, Danny, Ellen and Sarah, relatives and large circle of friends.
May she rest in peace.
Reposing at McCarthy's Funeral Home, Banteer on Sunday (December 21st) from 4:00p.m. followed by prayers at 6:00p.m. Reception into St. Mary's Church, Castlemagner (P51 V242) on Monday (December 22nd) for 2:00p.m. Requiem Mass which can be viewed live on http://www.mycondolences.ie. Burial afterwards in St Brigid's Cemetery, Castlemagner.
