The death has occurred of Breda Mackay (nee Kirwan), Golspie, Scotland / Coolderry, Offaly.

 

Breda passed away peacefully at the local hospital, Golspie, Scotland with her heartbroken husband William (Sandy) by her side on the 20th December 2025. Predeceased by her parents, John & Agnes Kirwan, sister Marie & brother James.

 

Breda will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by her loving husband William (Sandy), brothers Michael & John, sister Sheila (Loughnane), nieces, nephews, brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, extended families, friends & neighbours.

 

Funeral is taking place in Scotland on 31st December 2025. A memorial Mass will take place in St.Ita’s Church, Coolderry on Saturday 24th January 2026 at 8pm.

 

May Breda’s kind & gentle soul rest in eternal peace.
