It is with deep sadness that we announce the death of BREDA O’CARROLL (née Morrissey) (Mayfield, Cork), who passed away peacefully, on the 15th November 2025, surrounded by her loving family in the exceptional care of the staff at Maryborough Nursing home, dearly beloved wife of the late William (Willie), loving mother of Christine McCarthy, Eleanor Kilcommons and Mary Nolan, cherished grandmother of Brian, Nicola, Lisa, Ciara, Leone, Adam, David, Laura and Caroline and great-grandmother of Killian, Hayley, Ella, Lily and Daniel.

 

Sadly missed by her loving family, sons-in-law Tom and Ted, loving brother Tom and sister Kathleen, sister-in-law Breda, extended family, friends and neighbours.

 

Reposing at the Mayfield Funeral Home, Old Youghal Road of Jerh. O’Connor Ltd; On Monday (November 17th) from 5.00pm to 6.00pm.

 

Requiem Mass at 11.00am on Tuesday (November 18th) in St. Joseph’s Church, Mayfield which can be viewed
