The death has occurred of
Breda Rochford
(née Carroll)
ROCHFORD (Cork) on October 10th, 2023 (peacefully) in the exceptional care of the nurses & staff of Riverstick Care Centre and in the presence of her loving family, BREDA (nee Carroll), Greg Road (late of Blarney Street & Carrigaline). Wife of the late Seamus, loving mother of Eileen, Ann, John, Seamus, Breda, Bernadette, Audrey & Linda and loving sister of Eileen, Annette, Hilda, Seanie, Eddie and the late Pattie. Sadly missed by her loving family, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, brothers, sisters, nephews, nieces, sons-in-law, extended family, relatives and friends.
Reposing at her daughter’s residence, Lios Rua, Carrigaline, on Thursday from 5:00pm to 8:00pm.
Visitation at O’Connor Bros. Funeral Home, North Gate Bridge, on Friday from 5:00pm to 6:00pm with prayers at 5:45pm. Requiem Mass at the North Cathedral on Saturday at 10:00am. Breda’s Requiem Mass can be viewed at https://www.corkcathedral.ie/live-stream/. Funeral afterwards to St. Mary’s Cemetery, Curraghkippane. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu to Marymount.
