It is with deep sadness we announce the death of Breda Twomey, Ballyvolane, Cork, who passed away on 11th February 2026, peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family, Breda (née Good) Late of Thomas Davis Street, Blackpool. Dearly beloved wife of the late Raymond, Cherished mother of Bryan, Fiona and Louise. Predeceased by her sister Marie (Power) and brother Pat. Sadly missed by her loving family, grandchildren Declan, Conor, Kyle, Saoirse, Kai, great grandchildren, Lucie and Oliver, brother Risteard (Richie) sister Geraldine, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and a large circle of friends.

May Breda’s Soul Rest in Peace

Reposing at Keohane’s Funeral Home, Knights Hill, Old Youghal Road, Mayfield, Cork, on Friday the 13th February, from 5-6pm, with prayers at 5:45pm.
Requiem Mass on Saturday, the 14th February at 11:30am in the Church of The Annunciation, which will be live-streamed at the following link: here followed by cremation at The Island Crematorium, Ringaskiddy Cork.
