BREDA WHITE
(née McCARTHY)
White (Ardmoyle, Crosshaven and formerly of Deanwood Avenue, Togher and Home Rule Terrace, Skibbereen) On March 29th 2026, peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family Breda (née McCarthy), dearly loved wife of Séamus and beloved mother of Ciaran, Maria (Connolly) and Úna (Griffin). Predeceased by her brothers Frank (Skibbereen) and John (Wales) and her sister May (Quaine, St. Albans). Sadly missed by her loving family, sister Sr. Nora McCarthy DMJ (Dublin), brother Michael (Carlow), daughter-in-law Úna, sons-in-law Ray and John and her beloved grandchildren Cormac, Liadh, Saorla, Jack, Liam, James and Michael, brother-in-law Michael (White), sister-in-law Teresa (Sherlock), nephews, nieces, relatives, kind neighbours and friends.
May she rest in peace.
Reposing at Fordes Funeral Home, Old Waterpark, Carrigaline on Monday (30th) from 5.00pm until 6.00pm. Requiem Mass on Wednesday (1st) at 12.00noon in St. Patrick’s Cathedral, Skibbereen which may be viewed on Link Here funeral afterwards to St. Patrick’s Cemetery Coronea.
