It is with deep sadness we announce the death of Breeda Bourke (née Slattery), The Village, Grange, Kilmallock, Co. Limerick

Breeda passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by her loving family, in her 94th year, on 15th January 2026.

Pre-deceased by her husband Anthony.

Dearly loved mother of Marion (Dawson), Valerie (Murphy) and Michael.

Sadly missed by her sons-in-law Giles and Noel, daughter-in-law Joanne, her beloved grandchildren Anthony, Catherine and Anthony, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Breeda will lie in repose at Cross’s Funeral Home, Ballyneety, Sunday, January 18th, from 5pm to 7pm.

Her remains will arrive at St. Patrick's and St. Brigid's Church, Grange, Monday, January 19th, for Requiem Mass at 11am, followed by Service at 1pm in Shannon Crematorium.
