Breeda Foley

Breeda, unexpectedly, yet peacefully, at Cork University Hospital, surrounded by her loving and heartbroken family. Beloved daughter of the late Jacko and Noreen. Cherished sister of Connie, Pius, Dan, Ber (Motherway), Margaret (Donovan), Imelda (Murphy, Kerry), her much-loved sisters in law Mary and Liz, brothers in law Ned, Stevie and Tadhg. Sadly missed by her uncles, much adored nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, godchildren, cousins and extended family. Sadly missed by her esteemed work colleagues both present (Cork County Council) and past (Youghal, UDC), her wide circle of friends, especially her lifelong friends and travelling companions, Nora Boyhan and Anne Cronin.

Breeda will repose at Egans Funeral Home, Greencloyne, Youghal, on Tuesday from 5pm to 7pm, Requiem Mass on Wednesday at 11am in St Ita's Church, Gortroe, followed by Cremation at the Island Crematorium Ringaskiddy.
