The death has occurred of Breeda JACOBSEN (née CANNEY)
formerly Rockbarton Park, Salthill, Galway, 17th December, 2019, (peacefully) at home in Sweden; beloved wife of Björn and adored mother of Marianne, Johan and Oisín, much loved daughter of Pat and Kathleen, big sister to Nicola and James and best auntie to Megan, Kate, Leila and John. Sadly missed and deeply mourned by her husband, daughter and sons, the Canney and Jacobsen family, brother-in-law Paddy, nephew and nieces, aunts and uncles, cousins, relatives, friends and work colleagues.
Requiem Mass to celebrate the life of our Breeda will take place at the Church of Christ the King, Salthill on Monday 30th December at 11.00 a.m. Funeral to take place in Sweden. Breeda will be laid to rest at Skogskapellet, Jönköping on Monday 13th January 2020.
