Lennon (née Lande) Breeda Rathfarnham, Dublin and formerly Slaney Hotel, Tullow, Co. Carlow, and Dromagh, Co. Cork 1st February 2026
It is with deep sadness that we announce the death of Breeda Lennon (nee Lande), who passed away peacefully at her home on St Brigid’s Day under the wonderful care of her family and most special carers.
Predeceased by her beloved husband Patrick and by her brothers Harry and Brendan.
She will be sadly missed by her children Michael, Mary, Clare, Ruth and Patrick. Also by her grandchildren Sarah-Jane, Catherine, Patrick, HaThi, Danh, Ella, Thia, Ben, Luke, Mollie, Michael, Conor and great grandchildren Feidhlim and Réimí. Her brother Tommy, daughters-in-law Joanne and Louise, sons-in-law Paul, Mark and Paul, and Ella’s dad Kieran. Her sisters-in-law Marie and Ann, extended Lennon and Lande family, nieces, nephews, relatives, friends, neighbours, and especially all her dedicated carers.
Rest in Peace
Reposing at home Thursday 5th February 2026 from 3pm to 7pm (D16RX23). Funeral Mass Friday 6th February in the Church of the Divine Word, Marley Grange at 11.30am followed by burial in St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Tullow, Co. Carlow at 3.30pm (approx.)
