Brenda Carey (née Banim) – Late of Ballinteer, Dublin 16, passed away peacefully on the 2nd of March 2026, surrounded by her loving family and in the exceptional care of the staff at Simpson's Hospital.

 

Beloved wife of Eamonn, devoted mother of Edwina and cherished mother-in-law of Kevin. Adored grandmother of Nathan and Cara. Sadly missed by her loving husband, daughter, son-in-law, grandchildren, brother John, sister Tina, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law Vincent, Betty, Ber, Margaret, Pat, Theresa, Christine, Ger and Carmel, extended family, neighbours and friends.

 

May she Rest in Peace.

 

Brenda will repose at Massey Bros Funeral Home, Goatstown, D14 X348, on Thursday, the 5th of March, from 5pm to 7pm. Removal on Friday morning, 6th of March, to the Church of Saint John the Evangelist, Ballinteer for 10am Requiem Mass, followed by burial in Shanganagh Cemetery.
