The death has occurred of Brenda McTigue, nee Manton, Clareview House, Carrowgarriff, Kinvara, Co. Galway, and formerly of Dartfield, Kikreekle, Co.Galway on 20th August 2025, peacefully in the care of the wonderful staff of Galway Hospice and surrounded by her loving family.

Predeceased by her devoted husband Micheál, parents Johnny & Breda, Brenda will be sadly missed by her children Sinead, Robert, Nollaig & Anthony, sons-in-law Fintan & Brian, daughters in law Rebecca & Eavan, her adored grandchildren Grace, Eoin, Bobby, Billy, Sadie & Róisha, her sister Pattie, brothers JJ & Declan, brothers in law, sisters in law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and wide circle of friends.

Reposing at her home in Carrowgarriff (H91RK06) this Friday from 2pm to 7pm. Requiem mass on Saturday in St. Coleman's Church, Ballinderreen (H91N611) at 2.30pm followed by interment in Labane Cemetery. The mass will be live streamed on the Ballinderreen & Kinvara parishes Facebook page.
