Thornton (nee May) Brenda (Malahide and formerly of Dundrum, Dublin) 18th February 2023, surrounded by her family and in the wonderful care of the staff at Tara Winthrop Nursing Home, beloved wife of John.  Predeceased by her baby son Brian.  Very sadly missed by her loving husband, daughter Emer, sons Niall and Eamonn, daughters-in-law Celyna and Jennifer, her adored grandchildren Olivia, Elizabeth, William, John, Isabel, Madeline, Florence, Ellis, Morgan and April, sisters Marjorie, Patricia, Deirdre, Jenny and Orla, brothers Noel and Dermot, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law nieces, nephews, friends and neighbours.

Reposing in Staffords Funeral Home, Golf Links Road, Portmarnock on Wednesday (Feb. 22nd) from 2pm to 4pm.  House private. Removal to St. Sylvester’s Church, Malahide on Thursday morning arriving for 10.30am Funeral Mass followed by cremation in Dardistown Crematorium.  Family flowers only please.  Donations, if desired, to the Irish Heart Foundation.
