Benny passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family, on the 7th of March 2026, predeceased by his father Michael Kiely and parents-in-law Donie and Stella Whelan.

 

Benny was a loving and devoted husband to Dolores and a proud and loving father to Jack and Michael. Forever missed by his heartbroken mother Mary, brothers Ian, Darragh, Mattie and sister Mary Kathryn, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, extended family, neighbours, colleagues and friends.

 

Benny will be reposing at The Kiely Funeral Home, Dungarvan on Monday evening, 9th March from 5 p.m. with Prayers at 7 p.m. Requiem Mass at 11 a.m. on Tuesday morning, 10th March, in St. Laurence's Church, Ballinroad. Interment afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
