The death has occurred of
Brendan Byrne (Bree)
On the 17th of May 2025 Brendan Byrne of Knockduff, Bree, Enniscorthy died peacefully in the tender care of his family and the staff at Gorey District Hospital.
Beloved husband of Catherine, father to Brian, Gillian and Gráinne, and brother to Garry and the late Mary Salman.
He will be sadly missed by his extended family including Ezra, Josephine and the "Bunclody Byrnes", as well as his nephews and nieces - Tamir, Alon, Maya, Dana, Garrett and Gina.

Reposing in Browne’s Funeral Home, Enniscorthy (Y21 H3K5) on Monday 19th May from 4pm to 8pm.

Funeral Mass will take place at 12.30pm on Tuesday the 20th of May in Church of the Assumption, Bree.
Mass will be available online through Bree Parish Facebook Page
Burial afterwards in the New Cemetery, Bree.
