The death has occurred of

Brendan Conway

Devon Park, Salthill, Galway

Brendan died peacefully at the Galway Hospice on Wednesday night, 21st July following a long illness which he bore courageously with dignity and good humour.  He died in the loving care of his family and the hospice staff who were so kind to him.  Beloved son of the late Michael and Bridie and much-loved brother  of Seán, Annette, Gerry, Ray and Frank. Brendan will be sadly missed and deeply mourned by his sister and brothers, aunts and uncles, dearly loved nephews Robert and Niall and nieces Cathy, Ruth, Fiona, Anne and Joyce, cousins, the extended Cosgrove and Conway family and many great friends who were extremely supportive to him during his long illness.

 

Requiem Mass on Saturday,  24th July at 12 noon at the Church of Christ the King, Salthill.   Funeral after Mass to  the new cemetery, Bohermore.

Route to the cemetery via Oaklands, Devon Park, Lower Salthill, Fr. Griffin Road, Merchants Road and Prospect Hill.

 

All funeral arrangements will take place in accordance with current restrictions on funeral attendance at Mass and the numbers permitted at present are  50 people.
