Brendan Dillon
DILLON, Noel Thomas (Brendan) (Castle Grove, Clontarf, Dublin) – April 21st, 2020; in his 92nd year, of Covid-19 related complications, in the care of the wonderful staff of the Mater Misericordiae Hospital. Beloved husband for 61 years of Helen (née McCormac). Much loved father of Paul, Maeve, Michael, Conor and Sarah. Father-in-law to Lilah Marr, Karen Cotter and Jarlath Keogh. Sorely missed by his 8 grandchildren Megan, Cormac, Matthew, Aisling, Ciara, Alison, Matthew and Ronan; his sisters Ann Leonard (Sheffield) and Elva Bernardis (Rome); his wider family, kind neighbours and friends. Predeceased by his sisters Marie Meade (Footstown, Co. Meath), Pauline Kelly (Rathfarnham) and Vivienne Martin (New Barnet, London).
Rest in Peace
In accordance with current Government guidelines regarding public gatherings, a private Funeral Mass will take place. The family looks forward to meeting everyone at a celebration of Brendan’s life, at a later date.
