Brendan passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family, in the kind and compassionate care of the staff of The Holy Family Nursing Home, Killimor, on Friday 11th July 2025.

 

Predeceased by his sisters Mary and Annette, brother Peter and sister-in-law Anne.

 

Brendan will be sadly missed by his nephew, nieces, their families, extended family, kind neighbours and friends.

 

Brendan will lie in repose in Kilboys Funeral Home, Loughrea (H62 KF63) on Monday 14th July from 6.30pm to 8pm.

 

Brendan’s funeral cortege will arrive to St. Brendan’s Cathedral, Loughrea, on Tuesday 15th July, for Requiem Mass at 12.30pm, followed by burial afterwards in The Carmelite Abbey Cemetery.
