The death has occurred of
Brendan Hughes
Peacefully, after a short illness in the loving care of the nurses and staff of the I.C.U unit in Mullingar General Hospital. Predeceased by his brothers Jack, Edward, Joseph and sister May Mulhair. Brendan will be sadly missed by his loving sister Loretta Carney (Mayo), brother Ben (Creenagh), nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Brendan's remains will be reposing in Connell's Funeral Chapel, Battery Road, Longford, on Thursday 3rd from 5.30pm with prayers at 6.30pm followed by removal to St Mary's Church, Ennybegs, Killoe arriving at 8.15pm. Funeral Mass on Friday 4th at 12 noon with burial afterwards in St Emer's Cemetery, Ballinalee, Co Longford.
