Brendan Keane

Brendan Keane, Tarmon, Blacksod, Belmullet, Co. Mayo and formerly of Corbally, Gurtymadden, Loughrea, Co. Galway, peacefully at the Mayo Hospice, Castlebar, on 6th October 2023.

Predeceased by his parents Frank and Norah Keane, brothers Tommy and Francie and sister Madge Horsman.

Beloved husband of Bridget, dear father of Mary, Gerry, Chris and Brendan and cherished grandfather to his grandchildren Roisín, Robert, Fionnuala, Eveleen, Joseph and Ethan. He will be sadly missed by his heartbroken family, brothers Paddy and Martin, sisters Jo and Mary, brothers in law, sisters in law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and many friends.

May His Kid and Gentle Soul Rest in Peace.

Remains reposing at McDonnell’s Funeral Home, Belmullet on Monday evening from 5.30 until 7pm. Funeral will arrive at Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Aughleam, on Tuesday for Funeral Mass at 12 noon followed by burial in Faulmore Cemetery.
