Brendan Purcell

The death has occurred of Brendan Purcell, Cabinteely, Dublin 18, 28th May 2021. Peacefully in his 92nd year. Much loved husband of the late Ailis (nee O’Shea), loving father of the late Orla. Deeply grieved by his sons Gréag, Colm and Breen, and his adored grandsons Rían and Alex. 

He will be sadly missed by his daughters in law Valerie and Deirdre by his sisters Phil and Joan and by his extended family and friends. He will be very much missed by his lifelong friends Des Carron and Michael Hayes and by Teresita Brillantes who has taken such excellent care of him for the last 15 years.

In accordance with Government guidelines on public gatherings, a private Funeral will take place for Family and close friends. Those who would have liked to attend but due to the current restrictions cannot, please feel free to leave a message in the Condolence Section below.

Brendan’s Funeral Mass will take place  in Cabinteely Parish Church on Wednesday the 2nd of June at 11 o’clock. The Mass can be viewed online at https://cabinteelyparish.ie
