Brendan Smyth, The Marina, Banagher, Co. Offaly (late of Silver Line Cruisers), August 14th 2021, suddenly. Predeceased by his sisters Carmel and Marina. Sadly missed by his heartbroken family, his wife Mary, son Morgan and daughter Barbara, adored grandchildren Conor, Grace and Bodie, his sister Bridget, son in law Andy, Morgan’s partner Miriam, nephews, nieces, brothers in law, sisters in law, work colleagues, extended family and friends.

Reposing at his family residence on Tuesday evening from 6pm until 9pm. Funeral Mass on Wednesday morning in St. Rynagh’s Church, Banagher, at 12 noon, followed by burial in St. Rynagh’s Cemetery. House private on Wednesday morning. Family flowers only please, donations, if desired, to The R.N.L.I.

With church restrictions still in place, people are invited to line the route to the church, if they wish, to show solidarity with his family. Due to Covid-19, strict protocols are in place. Churches are limited as to the number of persons in attendance at funerals, with no shaking of hands or physical contact of any kind.

The family will arrange a memorial Mass in the future for all your intentions.
