Brian Barr of Burtown Big, Athy, Co. Kildare passed away peacefully on November 12th,  2016, at his home, surrounded by his loving family.

Beloved husband of Caroline (nee Whelan), adored father of Sean, much loved son of James and Gemma, beloved brother of John, Seamus and David and cherised son-in-law of Jamsey and Mary Whelan.

 He will be sadly missed by his loving wife, son, parents, brothers, father-in-law, mother-in-law, sisters-in-law, aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at his home from 2 p.m on Sunday with Prayers at 9 p.m. and reposing from 2 p.m on Monday with Prayers at 9 p.m. Removal on Tuesday at 11.20 a.m to the Church of the Most Holy Trinity,  Moone, Co Kildare, (via his family home) arriving for Funeral Mass at 12 Noon. Funeral afterwards to Killeshin Cemetery, Carlow.

DIRECTIONS FROM DUBLIN-at Newlands Cross traffic signals continue forward southbound on the N7 Continue forward to join Motorway M7 (signposted Limerick,Cork) At junction 9 take left hand lanes, then join the M9 motorway (signpostedWaterford, Killkenny, Carlow. Leave motorway (signposted Kilcullen, Athy), then turn right onto the N78 (signposted Athy) Continue forward onto the N78 to Athy, and the house is on the right hand side
