Clerkin Funeral Directors regret to announce that the death has occurred of Mickey Lappin, Plantation Terrace, Monaghan Town, Monday the 12th January, peacefully in Cavan General Hospital.

Predeceased by his beloved partner Kathleen Clerkin, parents Rose and James, his sister Phillis, his brothers Joe, Tom, Pat, his nephew Shane and niece Kimberley.

Mickey will be sadly missed by his brothers Tony, Frankie, Christie (Olive), his sisters Margaret, Annie, Teresa (Brian Moore), Mary, Geraldine (Kevin Tobin), Joan, his nephews, nieces, neighbours, friends and all that knew and loved Mickey.

Mickey will be reposing at Clerkins Funeral Home Milltown, Monaghan (H18YF22) on Wednesday the 14th of January from 5pm concluding with prayers at 8pm. Mickey's funeral procession will travel along Plantation Road, on Thursday (15th) to arrive at St Macartan's Cathedral for 11am Funeral Mass, followed by burial in Latlurcan Cemetery.
