Brian O'Connell

O’CONNELL, Brian (Rathmines, Dublin and late of O’Connell Mahon Architects) – 15th November 2025. Peacefully in the kind care of the Cara Ward St. Vincent’s Private Hospital, surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of Ann and much loved father of Claire and Katherine. Pre-deceased by his sisters Mai and Karin. Brian will be very sadly missed by his wife, daughters, sons-in-law Fearghal and Max, grandchildren Niamh and Leo, sisters Hilda, Margaret, Isolde and Grace, brother-in-law Tom, nieces, nephews, colleagues and friends.

Rest in Peace

Brian will repose at 9 Fitzwilliam Place, Dublin 2 (D02 VW22) on Wednesday evening (19th November) from 5pm to 7pm. Funeral Mass on Thursday morning (20th November) at 11am in Our Lady, Seat of Wisdom, Newman University Church, St. Stephen’s Green followed thereafter by burial at Mount Jerome Cemetery, Harold’s Cross D6W HY98.
