Brid (Bridget) Quigley (née Wall) (Dean Cavanagh Place, Kilkenny City) peacefully on Tuesday 21st October 2025 surrounded by her loving and caring family in the exceptional care of all the Staff in St. Luke’s Hospital Kilkenny. Predeceased by her parents Patrick and Catherine, her devoted husband Sean and her siblings Eileen, Ann, Lil and Paddy. Brid will be deeply missed by her adored sons John and Pat, daughter-in-law Frances, grandchildren Sean, Aoife, Laoighseach, Ailish, Maeve and their partners. Forever missed by her 13 adored great grandchildren, brothers Michael and Jim, sister-in-law Ann (Wall) nieces, nephews, extended family, loyal neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

MAY BRID REST IN PEACE

Brid will repose at Shasby’s Funeral Home, Kilkenny City on Friday 24th October 2025 from 5pm to 7pm with rosary and vigil prayers at 5.30pm. Requiem Mass will be celebrated on Saturday (25th) at 11am in St. Mary’s Cathedral followed by burial in St. Kieran’s Cemetery.
