Brid (Bridget) WHELAN
(née Dillon)
WHELAN (née Dillon), Brid (Bridget) formerly of Pine Valley Park, Rathfarnham, Dublin 16, passed away peacefully on the 14th of February 2022, in the wonderful care of the staff in Fern Dean Nursing Home, Blackrock. Pre-deceased by her loving husband Eddie and son-in-law Paul. Much loved Mum of Mags, William, Ronnie, Sarah, Niall, and Clive. Deeply regretted by her sister Marie, brothers Jimmy, Eric and Jack, brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, daughters-in-law, son-in-law, grandchildren, nephews, nieces, neighbours and friends, and those who knew her as ‘Teacher’.

Brid will be reposing in the Larry Massey Funeral Home, Eden Centre, Grange Road, Rathfarnham, on Thursday, February 17th, from 4pm to 6pm. Removal on Friday morning to the Church of St. John the Evangelist, Ballinteer, arriving for 11am Mass. Funeral afterwards to Mount Jerome Crematorium, Harold’s Cross.
