Bríd Hiney
(née Markham)
Bríd Hiney (nee Markham), late of Ballivor and formerly of Kilfenora, Co. Clare, on Wednesday 21st October. Peacefully, at home, surrounded by her loving family, after a short illness borne with grace and dignity. Bríd will be sadly missed by Pierce, her husband of sixty years, her sons Ciarán and Paul, her daughters Maura, Áine and Niamh, sisters-in-law Gertie and Berna, sons-in-law Kevin and Michael, daughters-in-law Thèrése and Helen, her adored grandchildren and great grandson, nieces, nephews and extended family. She is pre-deceased by her infant son Desmond, her brothers, sisters, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.
May Bríd Rest in Peace.
A private family Funeral will take place, (in line with Government Covid advice regarding gatherings) on Saturday 24th October 11am in St. Columbanus Church, Ballivor, followed by burial in the local Cemetery. Those who would have liked to attend the funeral, but due to the current restrictions cannot, please leave your personal message for Bríd’s family in the ‘Condolences’ section below.
