The death has occurred of
Bridget (Benzie) Lyons
Lyons (Nadd, Banteer); On June 24th 2025, peacefully in the excellent care of the Doctor, Nurses and staff of the Holy Family Unit, Nazareth House, Mallow, Bridget (Benzie), daughter of the late Mick and Nellie and sister of Liam and the late Sean. Deeply regretted by her brother, nieces, Elaine (Savage) and Claire (O’Shea), grand-nieces, grand-nephews, god-daughter Joan, relatives, neighbours and lifelong friend Lily May.
May she rest in peace
Reposing at McCarthy’s Funeral Home, Banteer on Sunday (June 29th) from 6pm to 7.30pm with prayers at 7pm. Reception into St Joseph’s Church, Lyre on Monday (June 30th) for 11am Requiem Mass. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
