Bridget (Birdie) Carey (née Fehin)

Birdie passed away peacefully in the presence of her loving family in Fairyhill Nursing Home, Mallow, on Monday, March 11th, 2024.

Beloved wife of the late Stephen (Stevie).

Much loved mother of Stephen, Denis, Breda (O'Brien) and Gerard, cherished grandmother of Killian, Colin, Caitlín and Luke.

Deeply regretted by her loving family, son-in-law Conor, daughter-in-law Ann, nieces, nephews and friends.

May Birdie Rest in Peace

Reposing in O'Keeffe's Funeral Home, Bowling Green, Mallow (P51 XE2T) on Thursday evening from 5:30pm to 7:00pm followed by Prayers and Reception into the Church of the Resurrection, Mallow.

Requiem Mass on Friday morning at 11:00am, after which Birdie will be laid to rest in St. Gobnait's Cemmetery, Mallow.

The family would like to thank the management, nurses and staff of Fairyhill Nursing Home, Mallow for the wonderful care and kindness shown to Birdie during her time spent in their care.
